I just don't see how he can keep up with opponents that can see,dodge and react from any direction, heal faster than Deadpool and can form blades and tendrils that can pierce his softer areas.
He could possibly rip them right out of the symbiote if he had knowledge. Also if he decides to thunderclap and see that it hurts them, it's game over
