Unsure, but they're likely on a very similar level.
MUI Goku didn't fight the 'real' Granolah, but I feel like if they had fought, the results would have been very similar to what we saw with Vegeta(ie. MUI Goku would've stomped Granolah initially, then Granolah would powerup even more to beat Goku.)
UE Vegeta fights like an absolute buffoon, though. He just stands there and tries to tank every attack thrown his way in the hopes that he will endlessly zenkai, without realizing that he CAN(and did) still take damage and burn out in that form.

Unless Perfected UI gets an upgrade in its next appearance, Ultra Ego should win. UE Vegeta can physically keep up with PUI Goku, and PUI would probably deteriorate faster than Goku's attacks could reach UE Vegeta's damage cap and outpace the latter's reactive power boosts.

UI degraded ridiculously fast by comparison to UE. And UE seems to have far more attack power and defense, bases on all those attacks Vegeta tanked, and the fact Granola effectively laughed off Goku's counter attack power.
Which is ridiculous given how strong UI was in the last arc, but it is what it is.
