Balthazar Blake (The Sorcerer's Apprentice) vs Luc Deveraux (Universal Soldier)

During the battle between sorcerer and super-soldier, Luc Deveraux may be stronger but he may not be familiar with the sacred art or anything like magic.

Of course he's not familiar with magic. Magic doesn't exist in his universe. Why would they need genetically enhanced super soldiers if they had magic? He gets blasted with a plasma ball from across the room.

No. Luc was the main UniSol protagonist of the series. And in the third movie he turned against the US Government and became the antagonist for that movie. He was probably the strongest UniSol ever.

Oh wait, i forgot to meantion! Luc Deveraux may have the firearms in this match.
