If that guy was more aggressive that 13-year-old would have been raped and the possibility of pregnancy is there.

Also, birth control isn't 100% effective. Very effective, yes, but not 100%. They aren't babies, btw, they don't have thoughts, feelings, or aspirations. The woman could have a miscarriage anyway in which case she'd still lose the baby.

Do you know there are still some schools that don't teach sex ed? In high school there was a teacher there who told me she'd used to work at a clinic as a temp, there were these 2 12-year-olds that had no idea how sex worked and that they could get pregnant from doing it, so they did it without knowing the consequences and got pregnant.

I'm assuming this is from a time where the internet wasn't as available to people, to be fair, but still.

Because a 12 year old girl who was raped by her uncle and got pregnant shouldn't have gotten pregnant. Because it was her responsibility not to.
