Actress and activist Rose McGowan hit the campaign trail to stump for California Republican gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder on Sunday, alleging the wife of Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) tried to suppress McGowan's sexual assault claims against Harvey Weinstein.
