Are the dragons hard to defeat or be dealt with Unforgivable Curses & stunning spell?

Would it be extremely hard to incapacitate dragons like the Hungarian Horntail or Ukrainian Ironbelly with spells/curses like "Avada Kedavra", "Crucio" or "Stupefy" if used against any of them?
