Shadow King vs Odin

Odin should win this with ease. He was able to battle Galactus telepathically, whereas Charles Xavier (Shadow King's peer) was unable to even make Galactus notice him. Or, barely able to.

Deities in Marvel are generally portrayed above astral entities... for example, the Black Panther god Bast basically devoured the Shadow King.

I'd assume a top-end Skyfather like Odin could easily annihilate him as well.

Also, wasn't it Odin who put a head dampener on Moondragon so she couldn't enslave entire planets anymore? Seems like he treats planetary-scale telepaths as nuisances and isn't really impressed by them telepathically.

Enchantress thinks Xavier is a joke. And Odin is (or at least, used to be) far above Amora.
