This is not a gauntlet. Assign 1 weakest character that can beat as many of the following in 1v1 matches. You can even use characters on the list [if you consider them the weakest] that can beat some others on the list. So for example, if you think Plastic Man can beat 5 of the characters, he gets 5 points, if you think Black Panther can beat 8, then he gets 8 points and so on. If you want to go the Carver route and say Odin and he gets all 14 points, that is also allowed - but it would be more fun, I think, to find some 'weak' gems who can get 7-8 points.

Even more kudos if you have someone with 13 points,lol

The aim of the thread is to amass as many points as possible, so even if say, Blue Marvel is unbeatable, getting 13 points is still a good score, especially if one gets a 'weak' character.

Win is by death, KO, or incapacitation. Having someone like Mr Immortal to 'outlast' the opposition, is useless if Logan just keeps shish kebabing him.

Immortal Hulk was able to access other versions of Hulk like WWH, Savage Hulk, even Grey Hulk and he gained their power. Then, we have Immortal at his best here. With that said, I'm going with Odin as I said before. Doctor Dooms is a walking plot device.

Yeah, pretty much.

He can either punk the likes of Nefaria in a few panels or get buttraped by Daredevil.

Interesting - and how many points would you give Odin? The full 14? Or are there characters that he can't get 10/10 from?

Remember, all those characters are also at their best (as is Odin, obv).

Pre-what period, exactly? Pre-FI? Pre-CW?

I assumed it was Current Odin, or at least, the one we saw in War of the Realms and fighting Jane etc.

Anything else would be 'Classic' Odin, but as Marvel have at least differentiated between Odins by saying the Odin Force is not what it was, then we have two different versions.

It's not like the Classic Kingpin forum differentiation.

Whirly for example has named Blink, a relatively unheralded character (compared to these illustrious folk) being able to take out 4to 7 of these guys. Can you find a weaker character than Blink? Or someone who can do better than 7?

What if character A is weaker than character B but character A can beat 6 and character B beat 9. Who wins?

These days, even Odin would likely lose to immortal Hulk if bless he uses BFR as a means of prying the Hulks hands from his neck.
