Thor and Carol were knocking each other intercontinental distances in seconds and had smiles on their faces and neither were even putting in any actual effort. Nolan is strong, tough and fast but he is very one dimensional. Also if I recall he doesn't have any feats reacting to energy like Mjolnir's lightning.
