Who in dc below skyfather level can defeat thor?

we know all father thor is skyfather level at least, all of odin's feats can be transferred to him due to thor has odin force

so who in dc has a chance against him?

let's say anyone below spectre level.

Vril Dox injects him with a virus, then has Lobo cut off his balls.
