Hospitals have all kinds of ****ed up incentives.
This one hospital had a shortage on masks for nurses and basic necessities for patients. It turned out the person in charge of managing supplies had an incentive to spend as little as possible, and he was purposely underfunding the budget and stealing money for personal use. The head director literally threw him out by the collar when he found out about it.
But those kinds of incentives almost always have unintended consequences, like underfunding or overrepresenting sicknesses (Purposely making bad prognosis's and such as needed)

Course they did. Lots of extra funding for labelling a wide range of types of death as "covid deaths". I've posted actual screenshots of proof of that and once again, people here ignored it.... except for klaw.

They were vastly overinflating death count numbers to cause a climate of fear and hysteria and all of the sheep swallowed it whole.
