Balthazar Blake (The Sorcerer's Apprentice) vs Megatron

May include any version of Megatron and this takes place in New York City so could Balthazar Blake the sorcerer do something to stop this Decepticon?

There was 1 scene where Balthazar Blake transformed a fire escape staircase into confetti (besides plasma bolts, telekinesis or/& the ectoplasm trap) while Megatron is like composed of metal so i wonder if he could do the same thing against the Decepticon.
