In the minutes after a jury acquitted 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse on all counts, jubilation lit up on social media spaces where far-right extremists gather.
In one Telegram channel for the far-right Proud Boys, some noted they had taken the day off work to await the verdict. "There's still a chance for this country," wrote one. In another channel, a member stated that political violence must continue. "The left wont stop until their bodies get stacked up like cord wood," he wrote.
Sounds like the rhetoric of some posters on this forum too.

The problem is, every time they align with Candace Owens, white Republicans prove just how uninterested they truly are in making inroads with Black folks. It’s tempting to chalk up their use of Owens—a conservative Black woman who carries no water with the vast majority of Black voters—as a consequence of white conservatives’ ignorance about Black folks’ most pressing concerns. But that’s far too generous an assessment of a ploy that’s as tired as it is sinister.
Makes me happy to see so many being so warm to Rittenhouse.

We got black republican folks getting rejecting because of white republican folks! Let me tell you, they don't agree with any racist thing against black people. Really, they don't. White republican folks aren't that interested in black republicans who want to create more businesses like soul food and jazz. Very important parts of American history and culture, I believe. Now, I like white folks too, but like someone else said in this beautiful country in the 1950s, 'I have a dream.' So why not let the black republican folks have their businesses like white republican folks? We're one country of black folks and white folks. The only difference is the colour of their skin!"

Yes Sandmann did it the right way. As in you rarely ever hear about him any more because he chose not to appear in public or pander to media requests etc. I hope Rittenhouse does the same so he can get back to some semblance of a normal life.

Matt Gaetz (likely cos he wants to **** Rittenhouse) is offering him a job as an intern, Rittenhouse is not going to slink into obscurity to live a quiet life.
The Right is going to parade him around like a show pony at every opportunity and the pyschopath is going to go along for the ride.
