Norman can't really put him down, and Wolverine only really has to get him once and he's dead, strength or not.

Why? Norman is strong enough to casually hold a tram car full of children with one arm. Logan has been knocked out by less. I agree that Wolverine needs only one clean hit, but Norman is definitely strong enough to take him out.

Would standard equipment include the pumpkin bombs and the goblin glider?

Logan only needs one or two clean stabs to do serious damage, but I'm not sure he can actually lay a claw on Norman. He was easily capable of keeping up and landing hits on new and improved Spidey with full access to his tingle.

Osborn is far stronger than Logan, and was fast/agile enough to utterly stomp Peter during their initial encounter, despite his haxx precog/tingle being in full-effect.

As long as Osborn doesn't get cocky and start randomly monologuing, I think he could pretty easily avoid Logan's stabby-stabs whilst beating the absolute crap out of him. /shrug

Considering Sabretooth one-shotted Logan in X1, I don't see why Norman can't do the same.
