He has his cane that can shoot Spidey (so has long-range attacks).

He has fought Spidey non-stop for 6 hours (so his stamina is top-notch).

He's fast enough in running to outspeed a car....and he of course is also gast enough reflex wise to grab DD and SPidey out of midair when close:

None of them not even one. 3 minutes in combat is an eternity.
