Does Superboy Prime have omnipotent tier strength, or does the Darkest Knight have less than omnipotent tier durability, or defenses?

Prime strength is a bit superior to TDK durability, but given the fact that he can reform himself or go intangible that really doesn’t matter.
Also being a denizen of world 33 doesn’t auto win you in battle threads. TDK has a fraction of a power that transcends the denizens of world 33,
