Not sayingbits not possible but realistically out of a little over 4000 appearances Arthur has used TP as a means of attack (to my recollection) vs White Martians, Despero (twice) and Kordax. Some posters discount superman's speed because he doesn't use it in combat most of the time. He uses it a hell of a lit more than 0.2

There are other people he's used it on, but either way it doesn't compare to how much he uses it to command/ask sea creatures to attack, which is a much more common occurrence.
There are enough occurrences to suggest he'd try and use it (though maybe not as his initial attack), I think. The question is proving that it would be effective.
i don't think ike or simon have any exceptional tp resist feats. i know for sure both have been controlled more than once. i guess it would depend on what am tries to do, and if you think given his more recent history he would go for it. i think if team 1 fight as bricks team 2 has an edge because ike is more than a brick. if you go by total history, i think i'd take team 1 though it's pretty close and a pretty solid match up imo.

Tangent Six, Vixen, Commander Steel, Tiamat, He also used it against a demon, if you count stuff like Deep Dives that’s a second occasion with Kordax and stuff like the DC vs Marvel crossover I believe he took out several Atlanteans with it but he seemed somewhat nerfed telepathy wise their because it was a struggle to do it.
I agree it’s not often utilized and slugging it out I don’t see him beating Wonder Man honestly. Ikaris I honestly question his placement for the most part I think by feats I’d argue Aquaman could take him in a pure slugfest.

Close fight. Ikaris was holding back and stalemating Namor with help. AM/WM toss up...edge to 2

He really doesn't though. Unless I missed something major in the past few years.
I’ve seen scans of him wrecking into planets with them busting, I don’t know the context of them but maybe strength is the wrong word. Better durability?
Stuff like choking out Rulk comes to mind to though it’s more scaling and could be in contribution to skill.
He seemed to do better against Immortal Hulk or last longer than Hercules/Jane Thor but that’s more because of durability again and given the nature of his physicals be an energy being.
He might not necessarily be the strongest by feats but he could probably outlast anyone here in a slugfest.

Regarding slugfests, Namor has humiliated SImon on multiple occasions. Simon's only good showing vs Namor was back in the late 70s where Namor was recovering from a near death health issue, had flown thousands of miles from Europe to the US, and was trying to reason with the heroes there when Simon won by sucker punching him.
