No mind control
His body cannot be transmuted but other things can

Good fight...I think Thor will lose to all 6 of them together

As long as he's immune to mind control or transmutation then he wins. Even if he only uses Stormbreaker as a hammer, none of the Eternals has anything that approaches his pure destructive output. That's not even considering that he can use the Bifrost to bfr them.

Thor FTW, obvi.

If Thor has Stormbreaker then he loses. With Mjolnir then he can possibly win.

Stormbreaker can be welded by anyone. Makkari can take it away and slice Thor up.

I havent seen eternals but some fight scenes. A worthy Makkari or with storm breaker would be a bad mfer.
