That depends on how fast her healing works. For all we know, she was still in a very weakened state at the moment of that nuclear explosion. She hadn't recovered from the previous beating. So we don't know how much better she could have taken that attack, had she been at her 100% at the moment of the nuke.

We know she can heal her broken arms from when Doomsday broke them, pretty quickly. She didn't have as many broken bones as with the Kryps, so it can't have been as bad
We also know she was able to heal from soft tissue damage quickly (i.e. when she was shot by the special god killing arrow). So that shows how fast she can heal.
However, even after being wrapped in Superman's cape, she was hurt to the point she couldn't fly....and wasn't able to fly for a period of time after (Supes had to take her to Hestia to heal up).

Still she was weakened. She never took that explosion while being at 100%. The comic clearly shows she was not recoivered or at her best prior to the explosion.
