Several things - one, as you say Johnny is amped, we don't take amped versions usually.

Secondly, Johnny isn't cutting loose with his team and without his sister to shield the team

Thirdly, Graviton can just send them all into space, and crucially, keep them there.

He still missed Thor, just because of his hammer acting as a distraction. Thor is one of the least stealthy characters in the comic medium as a whole.

Here, he'll be busy with half a dozen distractions.
