That's assuming speech is that effective at "conversation". The hyper partisan bubbles suggest people only hear what they already believe anyways.
By silencing echo chambers, you merely drive them underground where they'll spread their message in harder to regulate areas. And you run the risk of radicalization to violence.

Greta Thunberg should win woman of the year, she's incredible. Sacrificing going to school to heal the planet singlehandedly was the most selfless act I've ever seen.
