Musk will definitely give Trump his Twitter back, Trump literally has a large cult following him and millions of users = $$$ for Twitter.
While taking Twitter private will offer Musk more power, there's still laws, legalities and laws allow people to be sued for what they say on social media. eg If Trump goes back on Twitter and gets his cult to attack people again, Twitter could be held liable in part.
