Rogue herself is at least as strong as Ms. Marvel. And she just can absorb a strength from Mr. Hyde and drain him or KO him.

CLassic Rogue with Ms. Marvel's powers would stomp him. I'm assuming current Rogue is just as strong as her classic self, if not more so, because of power creep. In short, Rogue wins.

She also can drain strength from him too with her mutant powers. So, Rogue stomps.
