I always wondered what would happen if credible people started taking up positions normally dismissed as something only Boss Hogg and Colonel Klink would argue, and now I know. It makes no difference at all.
I'm not even sure who the moral authority on this topic is, who. exactly, could ever disagree and be respected for it (If not agreed with, which is another thing entirely)

Personally I think the advocates do themselves a disservice by tagging against the Dave Chappelle's, JK Rowlings, Bete Middlers, and Dawkins with the "TERF" label.
They need to remember Scientology tried this against literally everyone that declared against them for any reason, called "Fair Game', and it ruined Scientology.
If a person born as a man fully transitions into what they believe is a woman, which isn't exactly what happens, they will lose the desire to have sex, because they have in fact become eunuchs. The horrible thing about this is the hat they can't go back to who they were after they've had their private parts or penis removed, and that in and of itself is the tragedy. If you know someone that wants to fully transition, and you actually care for them, it is your responsibility to warn to of what's to come, because many of these good people are unaware of what life will be like after the transition.

I tried to reply sooner. I sought answers, and even though I feel a good amount of embarrassment, I feel better to admit that I was wrong on the issue and that you were right. I am always determined to own up to being wrong because there is a lot to gain in terms of learning the truth.
I was actually given this information from what I thought at the time was a credible source of information. Due to my own ignorance I never bothered to fact check the information. I'm not trying to wriggle out of anything to be clear. I own my ignorance. Regardless of your own sexual disposition, which is none of my business. I'll be sure to let my source know that they were incorrect to a larger degree than they were correct. I read that the vast majority of people that experience transition are able to not only feel sexual desire, but also get pleasure while having sex.
I never knew the hard facts, and the condition of my mind allowed me to be biased towards a whole lot of people that deserve better than that. It's a pretty crappy plate that they often have to eat from. I'm not feeling bad for myself. I am however repentant of being willing to think the worst. I certainly apologize and will do better in the future to be mindful that all people deserve respect.
I have a couple of things that do concern me about people termed to have gender dysphoria. Children should never be sexualized. Leave them be and let them grow into the person that they choose to be. I do agree to an extent that the children attending schools should be brought up to speed concerning bullying. This leads to death in too many cases. It's terrible what the children that actually are gender dysphoric have to go through.
They gave a hard number of those people that are actually gender dysphoric, which stated that 1 out of 10,000 people are the real deal. It's kind of rare according to those numbers.
Secondly I view it as nihilistic. If, only 1 in 10,000 are the real deal, how many of the ones who claim to be gender dysphoric aren't? Do you see what I'm getting at? I'm not going to debate you on it, or give in to Lucien and those like him/her. Antagonists contribute very little here. I desire to learn things that I don't know.
Why is it nihilistic you ask? Well in the very same way that feminism is nihilistic. Modern day feminism threatens to wipe us out. I say modern day because I am male, but I am a traditional feminist. Modern day feminist hate men and believe that men and women should be at war. Where does that leave us? Where does that lead us? Is there space to talk about it? Should I become a passport bro, because the women that would have been my partner 20 years ago hates men today? Then you say, but not everyone is a feminist, or gender dysphoric, and I say that trends do exist. You ever see a bunch of people sag their pants? Trendy? How many are copy cats? Do the copy cats outweigh the real deals out there? The number 1 out of 10,000 sort of supports the idea that copy cats exist and always have.
Another concern is the culling that is currently in existence in the world, and the children that should neither be touched by perverts, or thoroughly groomed into an ideology that they may or may not grow out of in time. Puberty blockers should be illegal, as should hormone therapy. They are literally making these children sterile right in front of the children's oarents. Leave the children alone, or there will be hell to pay. Teach them right from wrong, and that is all. The government under Biden is slimy and disgraceful. Nothing at all to be proud of. The era of the dollar is gone. The new currency is going to be digital, and it's coming sooner than you think. Your funds can expire, and the banks will own all of your assets. Biden and the CCP are in bed together. The US has conceded under his watch, and all he's done is smile about it.
Back on topic, those are the reasons that concern me on transitioning, as well to a lesser extent as those that transition but then regret it for the rest of their lives. This has occasionally resulted in the person taking their lives.
There is also the very real threat of perverts that claim to identify as gender dysphoric entering into bathrooms that little girls frequent and raping, touching, etc and ultimately scarring them for life. The thought angers me to the point that I feel as though I'd lose my shit if I saw it happening and possibly attempt to hurt the pedo or rapist, possibly more.
