Would a person get Cholera if one were to actually drink straight from toilet bowls?

Esp if it were directly from a stinking filthy one.

Alright actually i usually wouldn't try to kiss my dog unless it has taken a bath clean enough & my mom seemed to suggest i should try not to let it lick my lips/mouth.
