Scarlet Witch from Dr Strange 2 faces off against David Haller (and Shadow King) from Noah Hawley's Legion
1) Wanda vs David in telekinetic battle
2) Wanda vs David in telepathic battle
3) Wanda vs David in telepathic/telekinetic battle
4) Wanda vs Farouk in telepathic battle
5) Wanda vs David and Farouk in telepathic/telekinetic battle

Wanda has full access to Darkhold, whereas David has full command of all of his personalities
Battles take place in Times Square (but BFR is allowable)
Combatants are bloodlusted/No PIS/CIS
Who wins?

Wanda has much better onscreen TK feats than either Legion or Shadow King, so she wins that IMO. She loses the TP battle though. Her telepathy is strong against people with zero resistance, but the only telepath she's faced was a featless version of Professor X who wasn't even focused on her, whereas both Legion and Shadow King have multiple better showings in that area. Even the fodder sorcerers, with the exception of one individual, were able to resist Wanda's telepathic probing.

David ended up a pretty high tier reality warper if I remember correctly. It seems strange to restrict him to only using TK or TP when normal him would stomp Wanda in an all out fight.

In an all out fight, David would probably just use telepathy on her. That and disintegrating people are usually his go-to moves in a combat scenario IIRC.
