Even though he didn't have the full Odinforce, I personally would put him above Rune King Thor. Since he did have some nice feats while Rune King Thor theoretically above Odin, but didn't really do much imo

RKT was more about implied power than anything. Bested weakened Mangog and amped Loki.

PCOF Thor beat massively amped Big G and Black Winter.

Sounds like Galactus jobbing to me.

He was amped

The strongest that he's ever been, according to himself.

If we believe him and take that literally, it means he has surpassed his power levels back when he merged with Gah Lak Tus or when he was Lifebringer.

Still definitely sounds like jobbing, or else that would make this version of Thor multiversal+

Actually, this amped Galactus got his shit owned by Black White before Thor saved him....So, yeah it definitely looks like Black White( a multi-universes/destroying universes one by one power) > Amped Galactus in this arc

TBH at this point it seems to me that maybe the pre-2015 Secret Wars Marvel should be treated as a completely different continuity, as that event seems to have changed as many things as COIE did in DC.
