The mods even said that if Hulk mind was compromised, the showing doesn't count. Even said whomever is using it against Hulk is obviously trolling.

That showing was plot driven to the point of no return. Otherwise, they would have had to kill off Ben. The idea of the Hulk being in a compromised state should automatically become inadmissible forum evidence IMO. It flies in the face of neutrality rules.

Hulk woke up first, so he technically still won.
