1. Been in cars and have not worn a seat belt. Nothing happens except a $60 fine anyway, if youre stupid enough to get caught.

2. If you're stupid enough to drive drunk you deserve to get pulled over and/or die.

3. People assault other people all the time and nothing happens. Especially in high school.

4. I've seen more nude people than you'd care to hear about.

5. There used to be a contest on a radio station to see how many couples could have the most sex in public places. Amazingly, noone was ever arrested. Surprising how much leniency the law actually gives you.

God must not like you then.

Yeah, yeah, I get you.

People go against the laws all the time, I know that.

The point to Shirley Manson was that she can say that she'll do whatever she wants with her body, and she can so so, ....

but there are consequences to her doing certain things with it, and those consequences are set up by our laws.

Of course God likes me, I'm friggin handsome. 😛

("God don't like ugly" is a joke from The Fighting Temptations anyway, about a person's attitude.)

Actually the law tells you that you must wear a seat belt on it, that you cannot put a certain level of alcohol in it and drive (nor a certain higher level in it and run the streets), that you cannot use it to harm another person, and that you may not display it nude, nor use it for sex with another person in public.

Just a little tip too, :

God don't like ugly.

True. But law was created for stupid people. Smart people wouldn't wanna drink & drive and all that stuff because of their intelligence and morals, or even just common sense. I don't wear a seat belt because the law tells me so, I do wear a seat belt because I don't wanna get hurt.

^^^^^^ Now it all makes sense.

I'd agree that there are consequences. Not all of them are set up by the law though. Drive drunk and you're likely to maim/kill yourself/someone else. But a person can theoretically do whatever it is they please with their body if they don't care about the consequences.

I don't think God likes me. Not cuz I'm ugly, I got a cream for that. Probably because I love sin.

I could be thinking of someone else, but I an 99.9% sure you have said that you abstain from sex (until marriage) and you promote masturbation as a viable alternative. So, am I wrong and you are indeed NOT a virgin?

uhh, i got married about seven months ago 😄 so no i am not a virgin; actually i lost my virginity when i was seventeen. i REALLY dont know how long ago i said that if i did at all, but if i did i must have been going through some religious phase or something. no, like i said i lost my virginity at seventeen, getting my girlfriend at the time pregnant ultimately resulting in an abortion. so i think out of all of us, i am one of the ones who had a run in wiith abortion and know how the whole procedure works, ESPECIALLY THE AFTER AFFECTS. it was a simply horrible time for my poor highschool sweetheart.

It was a while back and it must have been that "religious phase" you were talking about... You're wrong about the 'intercourse' bit though. Congrats on your nuptial.

But it was her choice and she wasn't forced to do something that might be just as bad if not worse for her. She might have chosen wrong, but that doesn't mean that people can now decide for all other women what to do.

this is true. it WAS her choice. but the after effects was something that made her really regret doing it, and some of the really big changes that occured inside of her she didnt even know were happening. im not saying that is the reason to ban abortion, but if someone is thinking about getting one, they really have to consider the phsycologicl changes they are going to go through, and that nothing is going to be the same. often women get abortions so they can get on with their life and forget what happened, but there is definitely sever changes that happen to them that will never make things the way they were for them and never be able to erase what has happened to them.

just food for thought.

Yes, it made her regret doing it..but it was her choice..so her bad.

If you force something on someone it is your fault when they regret it. That's why I am not pro-abortion, but for the choice to have one.

And yes, they should (imo) consider the psychological effects. But we shouldn't force them to consider them if they do not wish to. If they are ignorant and don't want to know what abortion does and can do and just want an abortion, they should have the right to have one.

Also, you are speaking generally, although there are women that are or think that they are just the way they were before the abortion. You make it out like it is a scientific certainty that you will regret having an abortion.

Not only that but that it is murdering somebody.you should reget that. Not just the pain.jm

That's another good reason why girls who would consider an abortion should stick solely to anal sex, you can never be too careful with birth control, better to be extra safe than sorry later...

A big salaute to Melanie Martinez, PBS Kids canned (no pun intended) her after they learned she had done a few bit acting roles for Technicalvirgin.com.

ugh, anal sex can cause ALOT more problems then a pregnancy can. STDs are more easily transfered through the anus, the anus can rip and cause fiszures, infections can stir up suddenly. its not a pretty picture.

Alliance- i was stating that the POSSIBLITY is there, and i am basing that on a first hand experience. i said in my post that any women considering the abortion should consider the possiblilty of an emotional melt down. its a chapter in my life that i really dont like thinking back on, so telling women about my experience is something that helps.

I'm sorry for your wife and what she went through, it must have been a very difficult decision. But you can't base everything on her subsequent issues, because everyone is different. It's the individual's choice and, to be honest, can you say you and your wife would be much happier now if you'd had the child? I mean, to make the decision to abort, you both must have been sure you weren't ready to be parents.

The decision of abortion should have never been made so readily available -then there would have been no argument at all. At least not yet...unfortunately.
