Superman is beaten by Batman (although with prep, but still).
Dark Supergirl failed to speed-blitz Batman (he somehow blinded her with a flashbang).
Batman wrecks entire Justice League (to be exact - Flash, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter) without prep and KO Wonder Woman with 3 strikes, putting Aquaman in choke hold and throwing smoke/gas grenade before Flash (who was already running) could reach him.
Catwoman defeats 3 Flashes which was running from other states. She somehow react on all of them and KO them before they could even reach her.

Carnage is getting defeated in a hand-to-hand combat (!) by Batman (without prep time!) in "Spider-Man and Batman: Disordered Minds" 1995 crossover. Joker was there too.
And just for reference, it was in 90's and 90's Carnage wrecked Spider-Man and Venom together with ease, took their hits and fought back.

Yeah, I -win that comic. Bruce has the uncanny ability of exploiting any weakness that sticks out. In case you may wonder, I do not have a personal vendetta against Batman, he’s probably the most brilliant tactical scientist in all of comic books.

He is, but in that case he honestly shoudn't be able to win.
Yes, Carnage was struck with a fire before (I read the whole comic book) and Joker made him afraid, but still, even weakened via sound gun Venom can held up a falling ferris wheel and Carnage is stronger than Venom.
