Superman has the best and most speed feats apart from flashes. Mr Majestic is faster than most of those mentioned.

Superman is faster than Jay Garrick who's the slowest of the Flashes. Its literally why Jay "Had to cheat" and steal his speed.

Capt Marvel (Billy) post crisis is down the list a bit. He was shown as an even speed match for WW in war of the gods and Dianna can't catch Jessie Quick whosbslower than Jay.

Surfer, glads and Sentry are all above Billy. Carol is probably not far behind Carol though.

Thor shouldn't make the list at all.

I would however add Max Mercury, lightray and maybe the Ray from DC and Quasar, and a few more Galactus Heralds from Marvel.

where did you get sentry above billy at, sentry has no speed feats worthy of mentioning

Of course he is.

But DC can't do anything else than wanking Bruce and Clark, so every once in a while, they'll get feats showing they surpass their entire universe.

Sentry is faster than any Herald of Galactus unless you believe that the Surfer can injure Thor by just moving fast on his board. Does it make sense? Thor has traveled nearly as fast as the Surfer, which is arguable to some degree since Mjolnir has had times that it appeared to be faster than he is. On the DC side, Superman is faster than any outside of only the fastest of Speed Force wielded, and that’s only if he is still holding back.
