Not really. Namor has tooled SImon multiple times. Simon's best showing was in the late 70s/early 80s vs a dying Namor that he had to sucker punch to KO (because he was distracted by other heroes).
Namor by feats would beat up on Simon. He’d honestly bully Simon. Namor went at it with a version of the Sentry. It was a prolonged battle. The closest version to that Sentry was stated to be above Simon. Simon was rated as having augmented strength whereas the Sentry was stated to have super strength. This measurement showed that Simon was on a level below Namor, just like he is a level below Hyperion. Namor has consistently shown top tier strength that allows him to do well in direct combat with guys that would rag doll Simon.

Simon did not win that fight hands down. A) Namor was dying and had already tired himself out flying halfway around the world from Doom's castle to America. B) Namor wasn't just fighting Simon, he was fighting two other heroes and that's how Simon sucker punched him (he was distracted talking to Whizzer).

Wrong again. Namor didn't sucker punch anyone, Attuma was POINTING right at Namor and urging the Avengers to attack him :
A weakened Namor was fighting Wonderman, Whizzer, Beast (who broke off from the fight and chased Attuma) and Wonderman only put Namor down after he was distracted talking to the Whizzer via sneak attack. Some feat.

So you admit you know nothing about the context of the fight. In the previous issue in this story arc (Super-Villain Team-up 9) Namor is weakened and needed a serum from Doom to live :
A weakened Namor flew halfway around the globe and took on three heroes and was only put down via a sucker attack (Avengers 155). How pathetic is Simon if this counts as a feat for him?

Even assuming you're right about Simon (proof?), he attacked a dying man with his back turned. You want me post scans when Namor is at full strength using Simon as a baseball bat against the rest of the Avengers?
