Spider-Woman one-shots him after speed-blitz. It's a forum fight, and even as much I'm Punisher's fan, I realize he doesn't really stand a chance against Spider-Woman.
And yes, Frank has fought Spidee-Man and even defeated him, but it was mostly because Spidey was holding back a lot, wasn't fighting serious, was weakened or just a plain PIS/CIS. And when Spidey went serious - Punisher was getting owned by him.
