Embarrassing losses to fidder: Marvel vs DC anti-feats contest

Sometimes even the most skilled, powerful and full of feats characters loses to street thugs, cops, bandits, common criminals and other fodder. But who has more enbarrassing loses and anti-feats by losing to fodder?

How it goes? OP starts with a Marvel's example of an embarrassing loss, the next user replies with a DC's embarrassing loss. And next user after him uses Marvel's anti-feat and etc, etc.

2 PRIME RULES:

1) Always have a scan with that anti-feat.

2) Source of that anti-feat (comic book's title).

So, let's go. Marvel's anti-feat, which I personally consider as one of the most embarrassing: Spider-Man is ambushed, KO'ed and chained by Jigsaw's henchmen.

He bested groups of JLAers and JSAers with that fiddle that virtually reality warps. As I recall in one JLA/JSA crossover he animated dinosaur skeletons from a museum. Not to mention his dimensional gateways, force fields,

I hated the revamped post crisis version whoninstead of having a magic fiddle had one he invented that could manipulate sound to hypnotise, cause illusions or pain etc. Just didn't have the same buzz
