Why?
That said, it's at least clear that Sentry's flight speed is way faster than hers and that he will use that flight speed in combat, especially to start a fight. We've seen that with basically every form of Sentry, with the best feat being DS Sentry vs Thor.
So if it's in character, I think Sentry starts the fight with a flight blitz bullrush and he might look initially faster but in the balance of things I think she can more than keep up after that.

Didn't he do that with Knull?
Based upon on panel feats, Diana appears to have this. On the other hand… this Sentry operates on par with a toon force character and may be able to do everything that Diana does. This is inconclusive due to lack of evidence, but Sentry in fact bends time. Being stated to live several seconds in the future. He’s a cheat code that Bob uses to interact with the world.
Can he grab Diana like he did to Thor? What if we shaved seven seconds off of that question? Could he possibly make Diana look as helpless as he made Thor look?
I don’t have a definite answer to the question, but I wouldn’t deny the possibility’s of either of them reaching any given destination faster than the other for their own reasons.
