I know it's a running joke on these forums but this 'ability' was referenced in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. She has a super move where she speeds up to the point of being invisible.

Harley lasts more than a minute because she doesn't tire easily and can probably keep up but she doesn't have any stopping power or a way to do lasting damage.
