The problem with that calculation is that it assumes that the time elapse for her to cover the distance is equal to the time elapse in the film. The evidence against that is that we see her motion is far slower than that speed. That means more time has to elapse between cutscenes.

Anyway with Quicksilver, he is measured to go more 1 million meters per second. This is a super lowball number because he was goofing off most of the time while in the Mansion (like moon walking). That means if he was serious he could be easily 5-10x faster. (probably more than that)
