Hawkeye Vs Storm Shadow

Hawkeye Vs Storm Shadow from GI Joe.
No weapons pure H2H

Pretty sure Storm Shadow has better h2h feats but Hawkeye at least has gone up against superhuman opponents... so not sure.

I'd go with Storm Shadow based purely on badassery.

Storm Shadow is also visibly superhuman based off of feats and scaling to Snake Eyes who is his rival and equal. Storm Shadow even cut a bullet in half with his sword.
