Could Magneto restrain Superman?

If Superman is wearing some metal suit that wont break could Magneto restrain Him? I ask because Magneto lifted the Golden Gate Bridge and a stadium

Magneto also wrecked the entire planet in Apocalypse. But then again Supes overcame the world engine which was effectively wrecking the entire planet in a very similar way to what Magneto was doing.

He could, just long enough to be interesting story-wise, but Superman would of course break free in the end.

Batman in Justice League states Superman is stronger than a planet. That's why the Mother Boxes could terraform the Earth, but not destroy (in fact revive) Superman.

Comics or movies, Magneto would never be able to restrain Superman.
