The Green Scar personality in Banner vs Mongul? Is this a physical battle or one that Mongul uses a device? If purely physical, how does he not blow Mongul away like dust? The power from below is currently where this version of the Hulk was actively adjusting his power levels. He took what he calculated that he needed on Earth, but regardless of space cheese pictures, the allusion was there. He commanded infinite power, or near infinite power. Mongul? Based solely upon scaling, how does Mongul measure up?

If using current, why are people not using current Rulk, i.e.. Maverick with the Hour of Power?
