No, it does not count. I've shown that Lobo is a multiversal creature that explains why he has such differences in power displays:
And whilst WB Hulk's best feat is sharing one with Betty, and providing 50% of the power needed to break a world, I've shown that Lobo can casually do the same, with his standard equipment. He can even destroy solar systems without any equipment.
And this ignores his clones, all of which have the same skills and memories, all gunning for Lobo.

Betty was siphoning power from the Hulk. Let’s not attempt to reinvent the way her powers work. The only thing that wasn’t Banner in that fight was Betty’s base strength level. The Hulk especially this Hulk had infinite strength. You show me scans of Lobo’s fights, not some mess that goes against his battles. Every fight that he lost was legit.

Maybe re-read the comic. Hulk WISHED for Betty to be as powerful as him. It was a reinvention of her powers 😂
