So looks a bit over the top Street Level even for comics. I never did read any G.I. JOE or TRANSFORMERS comics. Anything else?

Optimus should win.The difference in power is far too much, and no way would those weapons inflict that much damage on a Transformer when they take far worse from each other. Optimus is a Class 100 character with bigger guns, greater leaping ability, and greater agility.

He has pin point accuracy while aiming as well. Optimus wouldn’t even necessarily need to hit Snake Eyes to kill him, as his cannon fire produces enough raw power to create an AOE that would seal the deal.
