After watching Pumpkinhead for the first time last night, pretty sure he's 100% invulnerable. Only way to hurt him is by hurting the person who summoned it and is bound to it.
It popped into my head. Wasn't there a retcon that adamantium does something to magic to explain why Wolverine was so effective against Wendigo? If so, might make it bad for Pumpkinhead.

Even if I did, you guys shouldn't judge me. Just like I don't judge you two for penetrating each other with strap-ons using anatomically correct horse cock dildos.
that's awfully specific, how many horse cock dildos do you own and how much of your welfare check goes toward that?

In that case Wolverine slices through them like he was cutting bacon with a katana.
Pumpkinhead is made of dark sorcery, it's a construct. It did not burn or pierce by bullet. Even if Wolverine could pierce it, it would not feel anything, and unless the human that is bound to it and animated it is harmed, it should not retain any damage it did take because it is merely ethereal force molded to a human host.
Odds are it reforms if Logan cuts it, while ignoring the pain and continuing to attack.
