Can Magneto affect WE's magical weaponry?

Wonder Woman would take the majority imo due to her speed and strength. She could take him out before he erected shields. Furthermore, even if he did manage to get shields up in time, how long could he resist a sustained speedblitz to the barrier from someone with her level of strength?

However her canon vulnerability to projectiles/bullets leave her open and susceptible to some of Magneto's arsenal.

I think he would be to affect them. Maybe not change the composition, but control them telekinetic style, sure.

She still has her lasso, speed and skills to keep from falling on her sword.

He makes her keep hitting herself, then.

Plus he'd be fighting against her strength.

Or even just removing them would help too

Yes I the whole Doc Polaris thing came to mind I'd guess Magneto could do the same.

Honestly, take away the super speed advantage and I'd say Magneto could take a majority given WW's vulnerabilities. But with DC level super speed gives characters like Superman, Flash, MM, WW etc a massive advantage over most Marvel characters in a forum fight, even the ones who would otherwise be close to their class. She could possibly blitz before he even saw her. (In a comic fight with PIS/CIS on of course everyone can tag those characters all the time.)

What's WW's best actual blitz?

Tying up Amazo's arm isn't a blitz but yeah, that feat is there.
