Not surfer, but doom snuffed the f4 with some anti matter beams when he had the power cosmic way back when. I don't doubt surfer can pull it off since that's his Forte, especially when it follows scientific laws.

How well would Blue Marvel do against Dumb-Dumb Drax though? There was a scene of that version of Drax nearly choking the life out of the Surfer. Is that considered a low ball? This was before Drax got the Power gem. In my opinion, Adam would punch that Drax out.
Looking at Adam’s record
He floored Ultimate Hulk with one punch, nearly split the moon out of frustration.
If we compared their performance against similar in power Avengers teams, in my opinion Adam appeared to be far more dominant physically than the Surfer, and may actually be able to block the Surfers powers altogether, because of his force fields.
This isn’t Gladiator, Adam showed precise technique while manipulating energy when he healed Monica Rambeau as well. Or perhaps he used force fields to do so, either way he healed her in her energy form.
He also with help subdued the Shaper of Worlds ghost which was a decent energy control feat. That same Ghost Shaper fought against dark Celestials and survived.
I could see his force fields being a problem for the Surfer, as seen can hit pretty hard.
Blue Marvel is one of the strongest beings on Marvel Earth as well. Taking a full assault from KH and being able to rise to his feet afterwards. KH simply wasn’t tough enough to take Adam’s assault, and was effectively KO’d.
There is a scene of Adam in battle with Pagan. Which was obviously later resolved. Pagan alone rag-dolled Thor, and pretty much steam rolled his entire Avenger’s team.
The confrontation against Pagan seemed to be presented as one out of a list of trials and emergencies that he later resolves. I personally see nothing wrong with the idea that BM could defeat Pagan, because after all, he effortlessly stopped a state sized asteroid.
Anti-Man, Adam’s equal nearly broke the Sentry’s arm, which shows that Adam is extremely strong. Even stronger than pre All Father Thor. Anti-Man made a strong team Team of Avengers look like light weights.
Anti-Man vs Pagan?
Defenders Beyond has an ongoing so Adam is bound to be getting some showings. I’ll reserve my opinion for later, but I think that Adam could hang with the Surfer, if not outright defeat him, but let’s see what happens.
