The Flashes are equipped with sets of creation blades, they have been programmed by Gorilla Grodd to kill everyone on the planet, can they do it?

do they have to wait till the villains and heroes on the earth realize they are in a battle and react? do they get to go full speed at the very beginning of the battle

Isca the Unbeaten solos. It's still a fight for the win, and Isca cannot lose. And since the Flashes are mind controlled they cannot ask Isca out on a date which, according to DS, is the Achilles' heel of Isca.
