No, I don't have to give a precise number - you and I both know Immortal Hulk has NOTHING to match that scene where Adam is fighting one of the slower Flashes in h2h.

The main argument here is that Immortal Hulk needs a showing where he displays speed on this level. You can nitpick my showing all you want, but it shows you have nothing on Hulk's side.
