Lord Slug vs Cell Max (with a twist)

Lord Slug makes another wish with the dragon balls, this time to have his "potential unlocked". Whether he becomes orange like Piccolo, I don't know. Maybe Slug has an uglier color to maintain his bad design, but the wish nonetheless puts him somewhere on par for the purpose of this thread.

Slug then turns giant. Which shittiest of shit villain comes out on top?

Bio-Broly appears out of nowhere and claims the title 👆

Hm, true. If Bio-Broly were to step in, he would get some unexplained powerup from training or something.

And Slug would pass out due to his super hearing from Bio-Broly and Cell Max having a yelling contest as they fight.
