Thor was fresh when he first fought Sentry. And he appeared re-empowered and fresh after the Norn Stone amp wore off.

This is your thread, mang. Whatever point of that fight you want to insert this hypothetical character into the fight, just say it.

superman tore doomsday apart and we dont see people raving mad about it

"god" in marvel don't mean much, as we have seen many have jobbed to the point of no return, and ares is in the lower totem pole as far as marvel god is concerned.

if sentry ripped apart dc ares like that then it's another story

Doomsday isn't a god. That happened in DC. We going by Marvel rules. In Marvel, killing a god is a big deal (and Ares is one of the 12 Olympians).

That's the excuse the writer gave.

Your denigration (while telling) is unnecessary as I'm just trying to figure out when exactly you're inserting this hypothetical DC character into the fight. Before Sentry ever fought anybody? Or at some midpoint in the battle once Voidtry manifested?

It explained that Sentry wasn't at full power after killing Ares in 616 reality. Since it's narrated by Uatu 616 and referring to the event in the 616 universe and not the alternate reality the rest of the issue depicts, it's valid, no?

Wolverine is great and all and is overall underestimated but the way they have been writing Hulk for some years now, it would take LT himself to do an hour long prep with Tony Stark to take out the Hulk.
