War On Marvel Earth

The world is under attack by an alien armada led by the powerful Apokoliptian, Darkseid. A group of supervillains consisting of Count Nefaria, Red Skull, Dr.Doom, Apocalypse, Loki, Magneto, Juggernaut, Abomination, Scarlet Witch and Ultron must set aside their differences and gather together to defend Earth.

The Supervillains have a week of prep gime before Darkseid and his armadas pending
Attack..

( "Red Skull" )

By far the oldest villain on this list, the Red Skull is emblematic of far too many aspects of villainy to list. Never wavering from the Nazi ideals he has espoused since World War II was still being waged, the Red Skull is the absolute counterpoint to Captain America, Marvel's moral center, and provides just about everybody someone to hate.

Red Skull's biggest moment in recent memory came when he instigated Captain America's turn to Hydra (thanks to a Cosmic Cube and some time travel), which culminated in the_Secret Empire (opens in new tab)_event in which Steve, as a Hydra dictator, conquered the United States before the 'real' Steve reappeared and saved the day.

( "Count Nefaria" )

Gained incredible powers thanks to the ionic machine that empowered other characters like Wonder Man and Atlas.. Count Nefaria was given the incredibly amplified powers of the Living Laser, Power Man (Atlas’ former identity) and Whirlwind.

The ionic process made him both incredibly fast and incredibly strong, while also giving him the ability to project powerful blasts of energy. Count Nefaria was able to take on entire rosters of Avengers at the same time.

( "Loki" )

The Avengers might have never formed together if it wasn’t for the Asgardian trickster Loki. In one of Loki's best comic storylines, the God of Mischief manipulated the gamma-powered Hulk in a scheme against his brother Thor. Hulk's ensuing rampage caught the attention of other heroes like Iron Man, Ant-Man and The Wasp, who soon banded together in an effort to defeat Loki.

Since that fateful moment, Loki has returned time and again to threaten the Avengers in his ongoing feud with his brother Thor. Loki never really learned his lesson, as he has purposefully or inadvertently formed other teams of Avengers over the years. Loki has also proven his mischievous nature by manipulating events like Siege from behind the scenes.

( "Ultron" )

Founding Avenger Hank Pym/Ant-Man was a brilliant scientist who accidentally created the first artificial intelligence when he designed a robot known as Ultron. The robot began to evolve and recreate itself until it became Ultron-5. This was the first version to actively challenge the Avengers on its own.

Ultron would return many times over the years with new and improved bodies that almost tore down the Avengers. The robotic villain’s threat reached the stars in the Annihilation: Conquest event. Ultron was later forcibly bonded to its creator Hank Pym. Now known as Ultron/Pym, the villain has become a personal threat to the Avengers and the rest of humanity.

( "Apocalypse" )

Commonly known as the 'first mutant,' Apocalypse has an origin story that goes way, way back. Like, all the way back to ancient Egypt.

Apocalypse represents perhaps the greatest threat the X-Men have faced what could be greater than a villain who wants to wipe out all life on Earth and remake it in his own image? He's struck the X-Men and the world at large many times, with one of his most lasting crimes including transforming the free-wheeling original X-Man Angel into the metal-winged Archangel, the horseman of Death.

In the still-popular '90s story 'Age of Apocalypse (opens in new tab),' readers got a glimpse at what the Marvel Universe would be like if Apocalypse won and Professor Xavier never formed the X-Men and it turns out, it's a pretty scary place.

( "Scarlet Witch" )

Wanda Maximoff is the twin sister to Pietro Maximoff (a.k.a. Quicksilver) and one of the apparent children of the mutant Magneto. When she was born, she became a conduit of chaos magic. This allowed her to become an incredibly powerful sorceress later in life.

After Magneto saved her and her brother, they joined the Brotherhood of Evil but quickly left due to a disagreement with Magneto about the way he ran things. She joined the Avengers, received training from fellow witch Agatha Harkness and found an archnemesis in the demon Chthon, the possessor of the Dark Hold before Wanda.

During her time with the Avengers, she fell in love with Vision and married him. Against his wishes, Wanda used her magic to impregnate herself with twin sons. Unfortunately, the spell used to create the boys was broken, and they were erased from existence. Unfortunately, this happened around the same time that Vision was dismantled.

She is an insanely powerful individual and one of the most powerful characters in the Marvel universe. Wanda has an extensive amount of power outside of her ability to wield and manipulate chaos magic. She can do anything from conjuring force fields, raising the dead, and changing the weather.

The trauma of losing her boys and husband led her to attack the avengers twice, reshape reality so that she could be with her boys and rid the world of most of the mutant population.

For the longest time, fans have argued that Scarlet Witch is the most powerful villain / anti-hero / hero in the Marvel Universe.

( "Dr.Doom" )

Though his profile has waned somewhat in recent years thanks to a turn as a reluctant hero, the fan-favorite Dr. Doom has returned to villainy in the recent_Fantastic Four_relaunch, resuming his rightful place in the hierarchy of Marvel's villainous pyramid.

Doom is the smartest man in the Marvel Universe - yes, even smarter than his hated enemy Reed Richards - but like all great villains, his hubris blinds him to his own potential. Not content with mastering only science, Doom is also one of the most powerful magic users in the Marvel Universe and was once considered a rival to Dr. Strange for the title of Sorcerer Supreme.

( "Magneto" )

One of Marvel's most compelling characters almost since his debut in 1963's Uncanny X-Men #1 (opens in new tab), Magneto has often straddled the line between hero and villain, operating on a morality wholly separate from the usual supervillain dynamic.

And in recent years, Magneto has firmly planted himself alongside the X-Men and the rest of mutantkind on the sovereign mutant nation of Krakoa, solidifying his transition away from being a full-on 'bad guy.'

But Magneto's Marvel Universe legacy in comic books and other media like movies (where Magneto was a main character in most of the now-defunct Fox X-Men franchise), is as a villain - and not just a villain, but one of the premiere menaces of Marveldom, even when his motivations, like preserving mutantkind from extinction, are sympathetic.

( "Abomination" )

The Abomination is similar to the Hulk in terms of strength, stamina, speed, and durability, including his healing factor.[60][61] In contrast with the Hulk, he retains his intellect after transforming and cannot change back into human form. He also possesses gills, enabling him to breathe underwater.[62] Due to extreme pain, cold, or bereft of oxygen, he could enter into suspended animation for long periods. Initially, the Abomination is twice as strong as the Hulk, but unlike the Hulk, his strength does not increase/decrease in proportion to level of rage, with result that the Hulk is able to gain an advantage over the Abomination if the fight takes a sufficient amount of time for him to unleash his anger.

( "Juggernaut" )

Like several characters on this list, Juggernaut has been both an X-Men team member and an X-Men villain._

But given his powers - superhuman strength and unstoppable momentum given to him by an otherworldly demon named Cyttorak - he certainly shines as a bad guy.

Stepbrother to Charles Xavier, the not-entirely-subtly-named Cain Marko has caused problems for the X-Men since nearly the beginning..

First things first.

Nefaria makes sure everyone is dressed in a style befitting their status as supervillains.

No doubt

If the question is 'can they stop DS', then yes, most assuredly.

How would they defeat DS?

With the magicians they have on call (Loki/Doom/Wanda), they can do something similar to what Constantine did to DS.

Doom, Loki, and Wanda is all they need. A weeks prep with Doom? Pfft,,,,this is a stomp.
